yu-char-kway or Crispy Chinese Cruller

It has been a few days since my last post and I have been telling myself  to continue what I have been doing for the past 3 months. This week, I was required to travel to China for a Business trip, no matter how reluctant i am, I have to make this trip. Off course leaving Andrea behind was somehow heart breaking no doubt I believe the reward should be sweat.

So, what happen when west meet east? You will get Chinese cruller with tuna salad+mayonnaise  🙂  or Black & white sesame seed with Chinese cruller 🙂

The yu-char-kway shop is next to “Loh Fu Chi” Bak Kut Teh in Air Itam.

There you go…miss little greedy with her yu-char-kway 🙂

btw, dont bother trying the Bah Kut Teh, the one at Sunshine Shine Bayan Baru taste so much better than this.

So, what do i think about the yu-char-kway, they are good and crunchy and weird at the same time….. not everyone are open to these combination but no harm to try. We like it and we will go back again.
